All Classic Buttecream Cakes are 6 layers tall, use sweet cream butter and have a sponge cake base, using alternative, organic flours that are naturally sans gluten.

VANILLA BEAN SPRINKLE A vanilla sponge cake with French vanilla buttercream.

STRAWBERRY CREAM A vanilla sponge cake with strawberry compote and wildflower honey buttercream.

CALIFORNIA APRICOT A rice flour chiffon cake with California apricot jam, sliced candied almonds, vanilla-almond French buttercream.

RASPBERRY COCONUT A coconut chiffon cake with raspberry jam, coconut French buttercream & covered in coconut.

PASSIONFRUIT COCONUT A coconut cake with passionfruit curd, coconut French buttercream & covered in coconut.

MOCHA HAZELNUT CARAMEL A chocolate coffee soaked sponge, toasted hazelnuts and caramel & coffee buttercreams.

CHERRY STRACCIATELLA A chocolate sponge soaked in brandy syrup with cherry compote and chocolate shard buttercream.

SORGHUM WALNUT PRALINE A sorghum sponge with walnut-praline-citrus buttercream.

BANANA COFFEE CARAMEL A spiced banana sponge, layered with toasted walnuts and chocolate-coffee & caramel buttercreams.

  • *DAIRY FREE CAKES AVAILABLE made with coconut or safflower oil for the sponge and Italian Meringue in place of buttercream.

  • Care & Handling:

    • Keep refrigerated; remove acetate collar before serving

    • Allow 15–20 minutes at room temperature for optimal texture before serving

    • Best consumed within 48 hours of delivery
