The Classic Buttercream Birthday Cake is six (6) layers tall, made with American and French buttercreams & chocolate ganache finish with a sponge cake base, using alternative, organic flours that are naturally sans gluten.

RASPBERRY COCONUT A coconut sponge with raspberry jam, coconut buttercream & covered in coconut.
LEMON POPPY A lemon-poppy seed sponge with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.
PASSIONFRUIT COCONUT A coconut sponge with passionfruit curd, coconut buttercream & covered in coconut.
MOCHA HAZELNUT CARAMEL A chocolate coffee sponge, toasted hazelnuts and caramel & coffee buttercreams.
CHERRY STRACCIATELLA A chocolate sponge soaked in brandy syrup with cherry compote and chocolate shard buttercream.
SORGHUM WALNUT PRALINE A sorghum sponge with walnut-praline-citrus buttercream.
BANANA COFFEE CARAMEL A spiced banana sponge, layered with toasted walnuts and chocolate-coffee & caramel buttercreams.
