Opera singer turned pastry chef, chocolatier and chocolate maker, Scarlett has 20 years of experience making award-winning wedding cakes and classic French desserts.

Scarlett’s aesthetic is quiet, minimalist sculpted design that highlights natural elements like stone and florals.
