With a focus on flavor and simplicity, celebration cakes are decorated with modern piping and edible elements with rich, balanced flavors & beautiful layers inside.

*Each cake is made to order, 4” tall with the sides wrapped in an acetate collar. Comes with a gold candle.

MENU

All cakes have a European sponge or chiffon base using alternative, organic flours that are naturally sans gluten. Below are tried and true recipes with some being more unique than others.

GRAPEFRUITCACAO A spiced chocolate sponge, tart curd with grapefruit and orange, and whipped ganache with Cointreau.

STRAWBERRY BUCKWHEAT A buckwheat sponge cake with strawberry-rose compote, strawberry cremeux and wildflower honey French buttercream.

CALIFORNIA APRICOT A rice flour chiffon cake with California apricot jam, vanilla cremeux, sliced candied almonds, vanilla-almond French buttercream.

RASPBERRY COCONUT A coconut chiffon cake with raspberry jam, coconut cremeux, coconut French buttercream & covered in coconut.

PASSIONFRUIT COCONUT A coconut chiffon cake with passionfruit curd, coconut cremeux, coconut French buttercream & covered in coconut.

LEMONCELLO POPPY A lemon-poppy seed sponge with thick Lemoncello curd, lemon cremeux and French vanilla buttercream.

COFFEE WHISKEY CARDAMOM A buckwheat cardamom-coffee sponge with mocha cremeux, whipped chocolate ganache, whisky-coffee buttercream.

BLACK SESAME HOJICHA A black sesame sponge with Japanese roasted green tea (hohicha) cremeux, red bean filling and matcha-honey buttercream

MOCHA HAZELNUT CARAMEL A chocolate coffee soaked teff sponge with mocha cremeux, hazelnut dacquoise and French caramel buttercream

BEST CARROT CAKE EVER A spiced carrot cake with pineapple, pecan cremeux, mascarpone cream, citrus buttercream

CHERRY STRACCIATELLA A teff flour chocolate sponge soaked in brandy syrup with cherry compote, , chocolate cremeux, chocolate shard buttercream.

SORGHUM WALNUT PRALINE A sorghum sponge with walnut-praline cremeux and citrus buttercream.

BANANA COFFEE CARAMEL A spiced banana oat sponge, layered with toasted walnuts, caramel cremeux, chocolate-coffee buttercream.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH A chocolate chipped sponge, milk chocolate cremeux and “cookie dough” buttercream and chocolate chips..

SACHER A chocolate teff, apricot soaked sponge, apricot jam, chocolate creameux and chocolate ganache
