INGREDIENTS
I use organic ingredients whenever possible, as well as eggs from local farmers. My fillings, ganaches, cake layers and buttercreams are all made in-house. I want high quality ingredients for myself and family. Why wouldn’t I want the same for you?
If you have an allergy, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan ingredients can be used.
DESIGN ELEMENTS
I love quiet, minimalist designs that highlight natural elements like stone and florals. I use chocolate and natural color for bas relief or 3D deigns and wafer paper for floral elements. My focus is not buttercream piped cakes.
PRICING
My cake pricing is based on complexity of design and may rise slightly if design is incredibly detailed.
