Thischocolate has arobust cocoa flavor with blackberry and nutty notes. Hawaii’s relatively cool climate produces cacao beans with a greater cocoa butter content. Chocolate made exclusively with Mauna Kea Cacao has a creamy mouthfeel and low bitterness and astringency for a smooth finish. We are happy to label this origin of beans as single estate, single origin and made right here in America!
